Partnering With Parkinson's™

Meditating in a group can be an affirming and empowering experience, providing a supportive foundation for the
development of an ongoing toning meditation practice. Coinciding with the energy of the waxing moon, group
toning meditations are held both via telephone conference and in person (usually in Portland, OR).
Toning with people over the telephone can be an amazing experience. It is possible for attendees to join from all
over the globe. Often we’ll at the very least span the US, sometimes into Canada, too. Meditations begin with an
opening “kahea” (sound blessing) offered by Judith Lynne, followed by brief dialoguing and teaching. As a group,
we offer our sound as a harmonic blessing for ourselves and for our world. As the toning finds its completion, we
surf the echo into the stillness and after awhile we take a brief time to share our experiences.
Generally, these meditations last about an hour. If you’d like to participate, please email info@harmonichealing.
com and the call codes will be emailed to you along with information regarding the specific meditation and
process for making an offering. All are welcome, prior experience is unnecessary.
